church-648430_1920Dust off your own copy of Messiah and join us in St James Church Norton for this festive come-and-sing which always attracts a good crowd. This year the singing will focus on the choruses from the nativity and resurrection sections of Handel’s wonderful oratorio,  with readings instead of arias. This jolly affair is conducted by the choir’s President Professor George Nicholson, enabling guest organist Tom Corns to work his magic on the organ. With mulled wine and mince pies in the interval, this will be an evening to remember. Bring your own score, or hire one for a small fee.
